Exchange or Replacement Policy

At Desi Urban, we always treat our customers like a family & our goal is to provide 100% satisfaction to our customers.
If for any purpose our customers are not happy with the product, we are here to guide them.
Most of our products are eligible for replacement/exchange.
– You can exchange the product if the size doesn’t fit
– Wrong product sent.
– Damaged product
– All items to be returned or exchanged must be unused
and in their original condition and should not be broken or tampered with.
– You can request us for an exchange within 3 days if the product is unused and unwashed.
– Return or cashback policy does not apply.
